How do I pay my bills?
You can pay bills by mail, at JCPenney department stores or online through the JCPenney Online Credit Center.

Present checks, money orders or cash at any JCPenney department store. Visit the online JCPenney Store locator to find your nearest store.

To pay online:


You can make payments via the JCPenney Online Credit Center (enter and select "pay your bill online" from the navigation bar). Log in to your JC Penney credit card online account. Manage your credit card online.

What should I do if my payment has not been sent?
If your payment was made by post, please allow 7-10 days from the dispatch date for your payment to be processed.

If your check has been cashed and does not appear as posted, please send a copy of the check, front and back, to the following address:

Can I change the payment due date?
JCPenney Credit Services will work with you to change your due date. Just contact JCPenney Credit Service. Log in to your account.

The payment posted on my account was wrong. What should I do?


If your report shows that your payment has been received, but the amount is different from what you sent, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused. To correct the difference in the amount that should be credited, please send bank verification to the following address:

How can I notify you of a payment I just sent or am about to send?


To notify us of a payment that you have just sent or are about to send, please call or login to your account and send us a secure message with your payment details. This notification can also be done by telephone.

Can I make payments online? Yes, for your convenience, click pay your bill online. However, you cannot make recurring payments online.

How long will it take for online payments to be sent to my account?


The scheduled payment date must be at least one day after today's date. Payments may take up to 3 days to be sent to your account. Payment will be applied to your account on the scheduled payment date. Manage your account online.
